Equal coverage concerns

Recently a UW Parkside wrestler won a national championship. Two Tremper wrestlers finished second in the state. The Kenosha News coverage of both of these events was disappointing to say the least. I work in lake county Illinios and also read the lake county paper daily. As a whole the local wrestlers in that area did not do nearly as well as our aea products did, yet the coverage was far suppierior to that of the Kenosha News. The Milwaukee Journal Sentenial does a nice job as well, and actually had better coverage of the Tremper wrestlers than our own paper this year. I know that wrestling is not as popular as basketball this time of year, but there is a loyal following in this area. Also with ESPN, our cup runnith over with national sports coverage, but we look to you as our local sports life line. The Wrestling programs in the area are far out performing the Basketball programs, it only seems right to at least cover the sports equally.
