Alice C. Baldock, 92, of 2514 N 36th Place, Sheboygan, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.

Alice was born on April 29, 1917, in Fond du Lac, daughter of the late Arthur and Margaret (Manning) Baurichter. She was a 1935 graduate of Fond du Lac High School. On Feb. 6, 1942, she married Lynn E. Baldock in Dubuque, Iowa. Lynn preceded her in death on Nov. 6, 1996.

Alice was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, and decorating her home.

Survivors include her daughter, Julie Vander Velden of Kenosha; three sons, Scott Baldock of Sheboygan, Ross (Mary) Baldock of Sheboygan and Jay (Louise) Baldock of NC; three grandchildren, Michelle (John) Ballard, Jennifer Baldock and Emily Vander Velden; and two great-grandchildren, Reese and Brody Ballard.

Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn; two sons, Steven and Bruce Baldock, two sisters and one brother.

A private family service will be on Monday, March 8, 2010, at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, March 7, 2010, from 3 until 5 pm.

A memorial fund has been established in Alice's name for Sheboygan Meals on Wheels.
